ecoPARKS relies on modular construction. It is a type of building that is capable of accommodating a wide variety of uses. A building that can grow with you, in which commercial uses such as warehousing, logistics, last mile or production can be mapped as well as laboratory and office uses on top, which may or may not be assigned to commercial use. For example, urban production in combination with co-working, maker spaces and office environments may be possible here. Modular and elementary construction also has other advantages: With resource-saving production, construction time can be saved with a high degree of prefabrication, thus enabling more economical construction.

For the modular construction concept, ecoPARKS has developed three building types that can be adapted to any plot of land and tailored to your exact requirements: ecoCity, ecoUrban and ecoField.
