Long-term, economically, sustainable

Building has become increasingly demanding in the last ten years. This is compounded by the growing shift towards environmentally responsible construction. New standards and practices often clash with existing - and therefore more cost-efficient - habits. We want to show you how you can implement your project with us in an environmentally and economically optimal way.

ecoPARKS stands for the unity of ecology and economy. We believe that they cannot be separated from each other, but on the contrary, that they go together perfectly.

Building standards

Green working. Innovative future.

Our values form the foundation for the building standards that are consistently implemented in every ecoPARKS project. The principles of sustainability, attractiveness, innovation, and flexibility are at the heart of our property design. These values are not just guidelines, but an expression of our conviction that buildings should not only be functional spaces, but also create a connection to the environment and community.

Ceiling height

Warehouse with 10 m clear height, office area with at least 2.8 m

Facade

Kingspan Quadcore sandwich panels with a thickness of 100 mm or more.

Roof structure

Roof structure made of galvanized and coated trapezoidal sheets, vapor diffusion barrier and PIR thermal insulation, static pre-installation for a photovoltaic system

Ceiling construction

Support grid

The standard support width in the hall is 12 x 24 m

Windows and doors

Thermally separated aluminum windows in the offices, electric sun protection, aluminum frame doors on the outside, wooden hall windows

RWA system

Skylights/roof windows with integrated smoke and heat exhaust vents, hall with vertical light strips

Heating / Cooling

Lighting

LED lighting in the hall with 200 lux and at least 500 lux in the administrative area, divided into individual circuits

Production / Storage rooms

We implement these according to the needs of our customers
