On the former Brownfield24 site, a new urban quarter is being created with a mix of residential, production and commercial space - also for companies that need hall space and workshops.
Exactly what Aachen needs, and with a high quality of stay. In an established district with a residential character, this project forms the perfect transition to the large development zone next door: the closed former Continental plant.
The Landmarken family will also develop this 130,000 m² site with the expertise of ecoPARKS, Landmarken AG, Stadtmarken GmbH and Urban Villages. Companies from the manufacturing industry will be able to settle on the site in the short term, starting in the summer. For this purpose, 27 halls with a total area of 70,000 m² are available, with which we can create short-term opportunities for new employment and support companies in their expansion.
In the long term, we will work together to make C-WERK, as it will be known in the future, a vital district and an important component of urban development. To this end, we will develop the site step by step and add new buildings. In close cooperation with the city of Aachen and its economic development agency, an open and sustainable quarter for urban production and commerce will be created here - which will of course complement the Hutchinson development perfectly. In this way, we can make an immense contribution to the transformation of the entire district with both developments.
